How frequently and when are iTeam Dashboards updated?

iTeam Dashboards are based on content in a report data cache.  This cache is updated from the central PDWare database on a configurable frequency, at configurable times.  The frequency is limited only by the performance impact on the server caused by the update action.  Please contact PDWare Support to get help on how to configure the update frequency and timing parameters. In most cases, the nature of the data represented in the dashboards is such that one or two updates per day, chosen at times that minimize potential performance impact, are sufficient.  However, given appropriate server choice and configuration, updates can be significantly more frequent.
